I’m Laura, and this is the start of something new
If we were sitting together right now, glass of wine in hand, feet tucked under ourselves on the sofa having a catch-up, I’d start by telling you the real reason I created this space.
For years, I’ve felt torn between two versions of myself:
the corporate woman who worked hard for her career, and the woman who knows, deep down, she’s always craved something different to a 9–5.
And somewhere in the middle of climbing the corporate ladder, getting married, buying a house, and becoming a mum, I decided to build a travel business.
Life got messy, as it does, and it wasn’t always my priority. But now I’m here to do more with it than ever before, and this time I’m relaunching openly, honestly, and with you following along.
Why I’m building a Travel business – and why I’m sharing the process
I’m a big believer that women, especially mums, deserve lives filled with security, freedom, adventure, and choices.
So I built a business in a space I adore: helping families plan their adventures, create memories, and explore the world without stress. It’s my beautiful little business called Luxe Lane Travel, and it brings me so much joy.
But this blog isn’t just about travel.
It’s about the process.
The messy middle, the late nights, the doubts, the tiny wins, and the big goals.
